Leadership Logs

My definition has definitely changed over the course of the year. I used to think it was someone who lead a group or an activity, and I thought it was someone who likes to take charge. Now my definition of leadership is someone who is willing to do what others won't or don't. They are rolemodels for those around them without trying to be. They do as they are told and do as they need.
